  12. Social Interaction is how a specific person or a group of people interact with each other. For example, how people converse with each other or how they impact each other's lives. Some examples of this would be a student teacher relationship, a friendship, a relationship with your significant other, ect.

  13. Social interaction is simply how two or more people behave towards one another. There are many examples of this term. Specifically, social interaction can be a parent and child relationship, boyfriend and girlfriend, and best-friends. Any relationship that involves influence and affecting one's life is social interaction. Also, it is how people communicate with one another and how they choose to spend time together.
On the other hand, sociological imagination is the ability to look at everyday tasks in a different way, and to examine society in many outlooks. Next, an example of this would be the gap between social classes. If, a businessman was walking down the street and he encountered a homeless person, who asked for money, the businessman could think of the ways the person would spend the money. Whether, it was for drugs or he desperately needed it, the moral thing to do is to give the money. Finally, social imagination enables people to be grateful for their position in society, and to look at the glass half full.

  14. Social Interaction is based on how all people act with one another and the reactions they have. Some examples would be siblings interacting with one another, friends, teachers and students and males and females.

Social imagination is when society affects peoples lives. For example, a girl wants to be fit and skinny but becomes anorexic and has health issues. She only wants to be what she's not because the media only has pretty, skinny girls.

  15. Social interaction is how a group of people act around one another. By spending time together, people can also influence each other to behave a certain way. The way we behave is a result of our social interaction, and our social behavior can influence how others behave as well. For example, if a group of people is dressing a certain way someone might start to dress that way, too.

Sociological imagination is the connection between the world and our lives personally. It is being able to look at our lives in terms of a group, and be aware of how the world shapes us and we shape our social environment. For example, in America we celebrate Thanksgiving but in other countries they would not because its specific to our culture.

Sociological imagination is how the world around people can affect their personal lives. An example of this can be seen when people are comparing the way a person grew up and how they will most likely turn out to be.

  17. Social interaction is how people can influence each others lives. A good example of this is peer pressure amongst teenagers. Peer pressure can be about anything and it will tremendously impact someone's ability to say no to things like drugs and alcohol.
Social imagination is how society and popular culture effect peoples lives. A good example of this is people who are not satisfied with the way they look try new looks because they want to fit in with society.

  18. Social interaction is how two or more people relate to each other or are influenced by each other's behavior. For example, parents, best friends, boyfriend/girlfriend, etc. can help you become influenced into something that you didn't like before or never tried before and now like or have tried.

Sociological imagination is the ability to connect with what is happening this present day with the past.
For example, a personal issue will be being skinny which is an obsession in our country when back in the days being thick was beautiful just like Marilyn Monroe.

  19. Social interaction is how people relate to one another and how a person can have an affect on another person's behavior-and sociological imagination is how you can make the connection between our personal lives and the world-
An example of social interaction for me would be if I was invited to a Jewish birthday party-I would have to act according to how they celebrate their birthday's and not compare how me and my family celebrate birthday's-
An example of sociological imagination would be I know that I may like to eat ham-but I am going to my another country where eating pork is forbidden -so therefore I will reframe from eating any pork while I am visiting this country-as it is offensive to the culture. Although in both situations you still maintain who you are but to me its a manner of respect-if you can learn to accept people no matter how different they maybe than the world would and could be a better place.

  20. Social interaction is how people two, three, or more individuals relate to one another or how these individuals influence one another. An example of this would be if a group of friends go out to the beach and they start to make fun of one of there friends for not wanting to drink, resulting in that individual to drink so he/she is apart of the group and cool. This results from peer pressure and this is what makes people either fall for it and do it to feel good, or do what they know is right and not do it.
Sociological imagination is the way society as a whole affects us as people. Example of this could be the type of music you listen to, the foods you eat, or the movies you watch. Even the clothes you wear are because of the way society affects us all as people or individuals in a community

  23. Social interaction is basicly when two or more people are interacting. It is how people influence and react to one another. For example when two people go on a date, and they feel shy and enbarrassed about themselves. They are uncomfortable with who they are because they are trying to leave a good first impression.

Sociological imagination is a way that people try and understand others actions. It is also how a person plays out a situation in their mind of what they believe is going to happen. For example when watching someone with an alcohol addiction, you can try and predict whats going on at home, and what other issues they have. A person might also imagine what goes through that persons head, and what made them attach to alcohol.

  24. Social interaction is when you a person interaction with another. This shows how do you see you talk to people. Also how you react to certain things. An example would be someone joining a sports team and seeing how fast he or she interacts with the team.

Sociological imagination is to see how good your imagination is. Seeing how you can think outside the box is good example i think.

  25. social interaction describes the way people react in social situations such as talking to a friend or interacting with people in general. people will interact differently in different situations.

sociological imagination is the ability to predict how people are going to interact or behave in different situations. for example, people know that they are expected to behave differently in church where the norm is to be quiet and respectful as opposed to a baseball game where it is normal to socialize with those around you and cheer on your team

  26. Social interaction is the mutual influence of two or more people on each other's behavior, how people act towards each other. An example would be two friends writing letters to each other. 1 person spying on another is not social interaction if the other person doesn't know.

Sociological imagination makes you think about the world around you. It's taking what you know about people and making assumptions. An example would be someone thinking they look fat because of societies issue of obsessing over being skinny. You then would ask yourself how this issue in society developed.
